I’m Jeff Toohey. I build, fix and improve websites for small businesses, with practical help for the Google and online visibility work that goes along with them.

I keep the process direct and practical.
Toohey Services is a small business based in Pine Plains, New York. When you hire me, you work with me. I handle the website work myself instead of passing you from a salesperson to a project manager and then to somebody you never speak to.
Most of the businesses I work with do not need a giant agency project. They need a website that looks professional, clearly explains what they do, works properly on phones and gives customers an obvious way to get in touch.
That is what I focus on. I explain what matters, keep the project understandable and build around what the business actually needs.
